Hiring an HVAC Office Assistant

We’re hiring an office assistant with strong computer and customer service skills for our HVAC company. Learn about the industry while providing administrative support to the team.

Location: Richardson, Dallas
Hours: 8 am to 5 pm
Days: Mon-Fri (5 days)

Duties:
Assist HVAC team with admin tasks
Handle calls and customer inquiries
Schedule appointments and dispatch technicians
Order supplies and maintain records

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year office experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Attention to detail
Good customer service skills
